Patient-years. Billing volume counts each patient once per calendar year in which they were invoiced, so a patient active across several years contributes to each of those years. The 173 patient-years correspond to 132 distinct patients.
2026 is a partial year. Figures cover January to June 2026 only and are not comparable to full calendar years.
Billing bands classify the total amount invoiced to a patient within a year, not individual invoices.
Demographic denominators differ. Sex is available for 146 of 157 registry records; age for 109. Percentages are taken over the relevant available population.
